Delivery
Delivery is fast and secure.
We use Australian Air Express and Australia Post Registered Post.
To ensure fast and secure delivery, please give us either a postal box address or an address where someone will be able to sign for it during the day.
For deliveries to a company/work/school address, please supply the company/school name.
Delivery is $9.85 per order and should take 1-3 business days to arrive if the product is in stock. Please call us if you wish to know the availability of a product before placing your order.
If you haven't received your parcel within 4 business days and have not been notified by us, please call us on 1300 552 100.
Alternatively you can call your local Post Office as the parcel may be there for your pick up if no one was present to sign for the delivery.
If you are not there when the courier arrives
They will leave a card for you to pick up your parcel from your local post office (in NSW or SA), and at the courier depot in all other states.
You will need to bring ID when you go to pick it up.
